The Village Merchandise Store is managed by Village Cinemas Australia Pty Ltd (Village). 

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from our online store. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1.   Australian Consumer Law Compliance
We comply with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). This means our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL.

2.    Products and Services
We ensure that all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct any errors and update information at any time without prior notice.

3.    Orders
We send out an order confirmation email once your order has been place.

All orders will depend on stock availability. Other things can also affect whether we can process your order such as unverified payment information and quantities ordered. 
We may also limit or prohibit orders that, in our view, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
If we cannot process your order, it will be cancelled. If a cancellation is required, we’ll refund the full amount to your original payment method.

4.    Payment methods
Payment must be made at the time of purchase. We accept the following payment methods: Visa and MasterCard credit or debit cards, Google Pay, Paypal, and Paypal Pay in 4. All transactions are processed securely.

Please note, Village Cinemas Gift Cards and Vouchers are not valid for redemption on any products purchased from the online merchandise store.

Please note that Vrewards points do not accumulate on purchases made through the Village Merchandise Store and cannot be used to redeem items from the Store.

5.    Copyright and trademarks
All the merchandise on our website is subject to copyright and may not be copied or reproduced in any way. Any attempt to modify any material on the website is a violation of copyright.

All registered or unregistered trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on the website are owned by or on behalf of Village.

6.    Privacy Policy
We collect some information about you when you interact with our website. This can happen directly when you place an order and tell us where to send it. We can also gather information through our cookie use and your interaction with our website. Our Privacy Policy can be accessed here.

7.    Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any loss or damage (including indirect or consequential loss) arising from your use of our website or purchase of products, except as required under the ACL.

The remaining provisions in the Terms of Service will remain in effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
