Returns

We want our customers to be satisfied and are committed to compliance with all obligations under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) in relation to your rights for any faulty, damaged, or incorrect items.

You may request an exchange or refund if you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Contact us using this form within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

Once your return is received and checked by our team, you will be refunded to your original payment method.
